Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Managing more complex enquiries with empathy and attention to detail
  • Updating customer records accurately
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive customer outcomes
  • Following company policies, procedures and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A positive, professional and customer-focused approach
  • Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
