If yes, this is a role for you! Osborne Appointments are looking for Customer Service Assistants to join the team of our large financial client based in MK7 8LE, Caldecotte, Milton Keynes

We are looking for well-spoken individuals showing customer service qualities who are ready to join our client’s office. A great opportunity to grow and develop, all while working in a friendly and driven team is waiting for you!

You are expected to…

• Have some experience in providing excellent customer service
• Be computer literate / have data entry experience
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be available to work full time (any 5 out of 7 days a week – rota provided in advance)

You will be…

• the first point of contact for customers’ queries
• responding to inquiries via phone, email, live chat
• problem solving
• able to navigate a computerized data entry system
