OA are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients Procurement Department based in Welwyn Garden City.

What you’ll get up to:

• Handling Customer Service queries, liaising with customers to resolve any issues
• Communicating with suppliers
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers
• Inputting data for analysis, including price comparisons using Excel and CRM
• Ensuring processes are correctly followed and data is managed on CRM
• Preparing contracts for customers
• Confirming contracts are implemented, and handling any objections that may arise
  
  

What we need from you:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong Numerical skills – you will be working in a data and figure driven environment!
• Strong IT Skills, including basic levels of Excel
• Good attention to detail
• Self-motivated, and able to work well in a team
• Able to plan and prioritise workload
  
  

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of this department, completing a Mathematics Assessment is required in order to progress your application. This will be completed onsite with OA, your recruiter will discuss with you if shortlisted.
