Customer Service Co-Ordinator

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm (Fully office based)

Salary: £21k - £23k

Location: Borehamwood

Our Client are in the fashion accessory and travel goods sector, renowned for representing internationally recognised brands and offering a full-service experience!

As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our clients team. The customer interaction in our digital age is mainly electronic making this a diverse position!

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries, orders and repairs via email, customer portals and paperwork.
• Keep customer databases up to date.
• Address customer queries related to after-care service, repair issues, product details, stock availability and stockist locations.
• Collaborate with the sales, design and warehouse teams.
• Perform general duties including order processing, invoicing, stock updates and admin tasks.

Skills needed:

• A positive, can-do attitude
• Strong sense of responsibility and a team-oriented approach
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, Retail experience is beneficial.
• Attention to detail, excellent admin and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
