If so, Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our successful client in Harpenden.

Customer Service Advisor – Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inbound queries from customers via email or phone calls.
  • Manage the CRM software system (training would be given) to ensure it is fully utilised to enable us to efficiently manage calls, jobs, and engineer’s time. 
  • Liaising with clients to follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping track of all parts ordered for return to fit jobs ensuring the client is kept updated at all times.
  • Co-ordinating stock of toner and consumables to ensure that we have a good supply at all times and managing the stock.
  • Dealing with consumable requests including creating orders, monitoring purchase orders and tracking items.
  • Maintaining central office supplies including stationery, kitchen supplies etc.
  • Engineer equipment and uniform ordering.
  • Monthly planner updates.
  • Delivery note scanning and logging.
  • General admin duties such as keeping databases up to date, updating employee calendar, ordering equipment, checking post etc.

Customer Service Advisor – Key Skills Attributes:

  • Proven experience in Customer service
  • The role requires excellent time management skills
  • It is essential that you are a team player with strong telephone skills
  • Strong Windows and outlook skills
  • Excellent communicator both verbally & written.
  • You need to be calm and collected under pressure and know when to ask for help. 
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Completer finisher – works hard to complete jobs on time
