Job Title: Customer Service / Internal Sales Advisor

Location:  Welwyn Garden City

Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:15

Salary: £22,000

What will you get up to? :

  • Develop and build relationships with our customers
  • Efficiently managing customer calls and emails – which could include order placement and stock enquiries
  • Managing customer expectations
  • Accurately processing customer orders on our company computer system
  • Following up of quotations issued to customers with the aim of converting to a sale
  • Resolution of customer queries and issues
  • Support external sales with feedback on customer orders and issues working collaboratively with them to increase our sales potential
  • Updating company CRM system
  • Support sales promotions and upsell where possible
  • Willingness to develop and grow product knowledge

Skills Needed:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident, clear and precise telephone manner
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment
  • Experience of using company ERP and CRM systems
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • Fluency in English which is essential in spoken and written form
  • Organised and able to multi-task
