Customer Service Administrator
Location: Near Hertford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £14.50 an hour, weekly pay
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established client based near Hertford.
Due to the location, you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle – this is essential.
Customer Service Administrator – Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and telephone.
Process and put together accurate sales orders using computer systems.
Provide friendly, efficient support to both new and existing customers.
Support the sales team with day-to-day administration, ensuring smooth order flow.
Assist with stock enquiries and product selection when needed.
Contribute to promotions and sales activities in-store and online.
Customer Service Administrator – What We’re Looking For:
A driver with access to your own vehicle (essential due to the location).
Previous experience within sales order processing or customer service administration.
Previous experience in B2B sales (wholesale, builders’ merchants, or garden/DIY sheds).
Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and in person.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
A strong team player.
An interest in horticulture or plants is desirable.
