OA are working with a client based in Wellingborough who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. Our client is a world leader in automotive refinishing products, specialising in fillers, coatings, aerosols, adhesives and paint related products.

Job Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays
• £22,500 per annum
• Permanent
• Office Based

Responsibilities:

• Processing daily orders, including data input as well as checking credit control information.
• Supporting other members of Customer Services Team when required.
• Creating new customer accounts and carrying out the necessary vetting procedures.
• Dealing with enquiries from customers and members on sales force.

Requirements for Customer Service Administrator Role:

• Able to work independently.
• Thrive in a quiet working environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Incredible attention to detail.
