Do you have experience within delivering exceptional customer service? 

Are you proactive and self-motivated? 

If so, OA are currently looking to recruit for a Customer Service Administrator for one of our clients based in St Albans on a Fixed Term Contract until the end of December to help support the customer service and sales department. 

Our client is offering a contract until the end of December, but may be extended into the new year. The individual will have experience within customer service, communication with customers over the phone and emails, pro-active and be able to make a positive impact to the team! 

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM- 17:00PM
  • £24,000 per annum 
  • Immediate start, Contract role
  • Free on-site parking
  • Must be able to drive as travel to another site is required

Customer Service Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and liaise with sales office staff
  • Organise and coordinate collections and deliveries
  • Handle customer queries and complaints over the phone / email
  • Making outbound calls to customers to resolve issues
  • Handling returns for customers
  • Scanning and filing of orders using the CRM system
  • General administration
  • Supporting the sales department where needed

Customer Service Administrator - Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience within administration / customer service 
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organised and focused
  • Attention to detail
  • Self motivated and a "can-do" attitude
  • Available to start immediately
