Do you have experience within delivering exceptional customer service? 

Are you an experienced administrator? 

If so, OA are currently looking to recruit for a Customer Service Administrator for one of our clients based in Hatfield on a Temporary basis to help support the customer service and operations department. 

Our client is offering an opportunity to join a fast paced, busy working environment for an experienced administrator starting on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, pro-active, ability to work under pressure and use own initiative. 

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM- 17:30PM (40 hours)
  • Weekly Pay, £11.53 an hour
  • Immediate start, Temporary to Permanent 
  • Free on-site parking
  • Access to coffee all day long! 

Customer Service Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support for all contracted customers
  • Collect daily jobs from workshop and process them - book and raise jobs
  • Lease fleet management - maintenance and returns and liaising with field based staff
  • Receive incoming inquiries from customers via telephone and email
  • Log service requests into the system
  • Database management and cleansing
  • Generation of reports

Customer Service Administrator - Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience within administration / customer service environment
  • Experience within service / logistics / vehicle maintenance is desirable 
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organised and focused
  • Attention to detail
  • Self motivated and a "can-do" attitude
  • Available to start immediately
