Customer Retention Executive.

OA are recruiting for a Customer Retention Executive to join our client on a permanent basis in their Hatfield office. This is a busy and fast-paced role, with an outgoing and fun team!

Job details:

• £20,000 - £21,500 plus bonus opportunities (typically £4000 per year)
• Permanent, full time
• 35 hours per week, in a shift pattern between 8am – 8pm
  
  

Main Duties:

• Focussing on Customer Retention through outbound calling to customers
• Looking at their reasons for cancelling
• Proactively ensuring any missed payments are promptly paid
• Working towards targets
  
  

Key Skills & Experience required:

• Confident telephone manner
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Target-driven
• Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
• Previous experience in outbound calling is advantageous
• Hands-on customer service approach, being proactive!
