Are you an experienced customer account manager looking for a new challenge within a small friendly team?
Do you have a great telephone manner and the ability to understand and be proactive when it comes to the changing needs of your customer?
Do you have good IT skills?
I am looking for a Customer Account Manager to join a small team within a manufacturing business based in St Neots.
Responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager include:
Skills required
• Sound commercial common sense.
• Enjoys the art of communication with a variety of people and disciplines to create relationships.
• Ability to be flexible, organise work, meet tight deadlines and cope calmly with changing priorities.
• Naturally adopts a professional but friendly approach on the telephone with the ability to listen attentively to gain understanding.
• Conscientious with attention to detail.
• Sound IT capability. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office systems e.g. Excel – manipulating figures, spotting trends etc. ERP system experience is highly desirable (SAP Business One especially). A learning mindset essential.
• Ability to work harmoniously within a team.
• Sales and or purchasing experience required, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Salary £24k - £28k depending on experience
