Compliance Coordinator.

We are looking for 2 people to join a growing company based in Biggleswade within the aviation and automotive industry.

Role 1- If you love Formula 1 and would like this to be part of your working life then keep reading. 

Role 2- Do you have aviation experience and want to progress independantly?

The role of Compliance Coordinator will be to support in the ongoing continuous improvement of the health and safety and quality management systems from a position within their central function.

Skills required:

• Previous experience in a role with exposure to accredited quality and health and safety management systems (ISO9001/ISO45001 etc.)
• Good comprehension of the value of compliance.
• A general interest in quality and health and safety with a broad understanding and ability to explain concepts such as root cause analysis, corrective/preventative action, risk management.
• The ability to work independantly 
• Strong and confident communication skills 
• Awareness of QMS Systems
