Part-Time Compliance Administrator

We are a fast paced recruitment agency & we are looking for a highly organised individual to help manage our consultant's compliance.

You will be working closely with the HR department and making sure our consultants are following administrative duties correctly.

You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships throughout the company and be the 'go to' person for all compliance queries and updates. No 2 days will be the same!

What you'll get up to:

  • Building strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Working alongside the operations team, in particular with the HR Department
  • You will be the first point of contact for all Compliance related queries
  • You will be a trusted member of the operations team, and be able to advise on any compliance issues
  • Visit all branches to understand how every team works

Key Responsibilities

  • Check that correct & valid Right To Work documents are attached to temporary candidate records
  • Weekly checks to ensure all required documentation is sent to candidates
  • Run weekly Power Bi reports on Compliance for all Temp Candidate Registrations
  • Communicate all actions to relevant teams in a timely manner
  • Ensure all actions are completed in a timely manner
  • Weekly AWR spot checks
  • Monthly AWR report audit
  • Proactive in keeping up to date on Employment Law and Temporary Worker legislation
  • Send weekly Compliance Report to Line Manager
  • Monthly audit on Perm Candidate compliance, and report this back to your line manager
