Our well established client in Edgware is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor's to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.

The successful candidates will join a fun, dynamic & exciting company that offers a great working environment as well as fantastic career prospects! This is an office based role so you must be happy to work in the office.

This role is vital within the business & requires you to be able to communicate well over the phone, deal with phone calls and emails!

Key Details

Contract – Temporary to Permanent 

Location – Edgware 

Salary - £10.00 per hour plus holiday allowance 

Hours – 40 hour week, Monday to Sunday - Done on a 2 week rotation shift pattern - between the hours 7am to 10pm

Role and Responsibility

To answer inbound telephone calls from customers across multiple campaigns

To make outbound telephone calls for set campaigns 

To handle and resolve customer queries

Using client systems and web based systems to handle customer calls.

Booking Customers in for campaigns on client systems

Ability to work in a team environment – ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner.

Keep an accurate record of all customer details and other data.

Ad-hoc Administration - handle and respond to emails where required.

To be successful for this role you will need to have previous experience within Customer Service.
