Business Development Manager – Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales with new customers through a structured, disciplined and professional approach to achieve performance results.
  • To actively identify and seek new business opportunities in various markets.
  • Use own initiative for cross selling opportunities.
  • Develop a strategic and tactical model for business development, identifying new opportunities for solutions to fit potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Business Development Manager – Key Skills Attributes:

  • Previous experience within the packaging industry would be advantageous.
  • 5 years in sales position is essential.
  • Have the ability to b proactive and think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have great presentation skills.
  • The ability to successfully negotiate.
  • Competent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email) are essential.
