Role: Business Development Manager

Location: Stevenage

Hours: Full time, 8.30am – 5pm

Salary: Up to £40,000 commission (£50k OTE)

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our clients successful team. This opportunity is focused around New Business Development, with some Account Management.

What you’ll get up to:

• Managing existing accounts & building new business relationships
• Proactive outbound communications via phone and email
• Booking Teams & face to face business meetings to develop relationships
• In-depth analysis and reports on customer activity and sales trends, identifying areas to maximise sales

What we need from you:

• Driving license is essential to attend business meetings
• Previous Sales/Business Development experience
• Outstanding communication and listening skills
• Confidence communicating at all levels, including Exec level
• A proactive approach, driven by exceeding your goals
• Organised and self-motivated
