Key Reponsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

  • Take charge of your sales activities channelling your energy towards acheiving business objectives.
  • Unleash your creativity by identifying and pursuing potential markets and prospects through outbound calls, research and leveraging your own contacts and networks.
  • Meet with qualified prospects F2F providing personalised solutions
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and customer preferences, keeping ahead of your approach to stay ahead of the curve


General duties as Business Development Manager:

  • Embracing opportunities for personal and professional growth by attending training sessions and company meetings
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, sharing insights and best practices to contribute to our collective success



  • Demonstrating exceptional sales skills - meeting and exceeding targets
  • Exhibit self-motivation
  • Thrive under time pressure
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Prioritise delivering exceptional customer service
  • Familiarality with P.A.Y.E and NIC is a plus
  • Experience in the contractor (umbrella) payroll sector is preferred
  • Strong grasp of mathematics
  • CRM knowledge in SalesForce
