OA are partnered with a fantastic business, looking for a Business Development Executive to join their ambitious team after continued growth and success.

What’s in it for you?

  • £24,000 - £28,000 basic, £32,000 OTE in Year one!
  • Office based working, within fantastic Serviced Offices
  • 26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • Monday – Friday working, 9am – 5pm

Main Duties:

  • New Business Sales into a pre-defined list of target accounts
  • Strategic focus work, including new product releases, selling new products into target accounts
  • Building and maintaining professional business relationships
  • Developing and implementing tactical sales plans to grow new business
  • Providing feedback on Market Intelligence to the Head of Business Development and Projects
  • Utilising the CRM System for Sales Planning, Call reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Producing monthly analysis and weekly sales reports

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a Business Development Executive or Sales role desirable
  • Experience within New Business sales
  • Ability to meet targets, working in line with Targets & KPIs
  • Proactive, self-sufficient and results-driven
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
  • Client Relationship Management skills
