If so, OA are recruiting for an Assistant Office Manager to join our lovely client in Stevenage.


Assistant Office Manager – Benefits:

Assistant Office Manager – Key Responsibilities:

  • Keeping documentation up to date and ensuring all information is correct.
  • Invoicing & Reconciliation – using Xero software.
  • Organising permits.
  • Booking hotels/flights/parking for working away.
  • Preparing Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
  • Vehicle/Fleet Management.
  • Creating and typing up test sheets.
  • Completing draft quotes.
  • New works – opening and checking POs, ordering relevant parts etc.
  • Supporting the office in general duties.

Assistant Office Manager – Key Requirements Skills:

  • Previous industry experience in a similar role
  • Experience within a management role and supporting a team is valuable
  • Confident in using Word Excel
  • Highly organised
  • Have the ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have exceptional communication skills; relay information throughout the team
