Area Sales Manager - Pharmacy Field Sales

Location: London North & East (Covering all N&E postcode districts must be local)

Salary: £23k basic with OTE (£45k uncapped)

Are you a confident and self-motivated Sales person?

Our Client is an independent family-run distributor of medical products and Chemist sundry lines to the independent pharmacy market within the healthcare sector.

About the Area Sales Manager:

• Maintain existing retail customer relationships and explore new business opportunities in untapped markets
• Achieve demanding  yet realistic sales targets within the healthcare industry
• Preference for prior field sales experience at a retail level, though open to commercially astute candidates from various backgrounds
• Adapt to the evolving landscape of the Pharmacy sector and strategise for market changes
• Build and maintain trust, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Candidate requirements as Area Sales Manager:

• Self-motivated individuals capable of strategic thinking and adapting to industry changes
• Articulate communicators with a strong ability to buil trust and rapport with clients.
• Individuals with prior field sales experience preferred
