An Exciting opportunity has arisen in London for a well-established company who is now recruiting for two people for a Contractors care role .
You will be the first point of contact for the contractors so you would need to be experienced Customer Service representative with a passion for exceptional customer service.
• Manage contractor on boarding process for allocated contractors meeting KPI’s (welcome email/call)
• Create and maintain database records
• Manage contract issuing and signing process meeting KPI’s
• Manage contractor payment cycle, including responding to agency and contractor queries meeting KPI’s
• Respond to ad hoc queries from in-house teams and externals (contractors and agencies) meeting KPI’s
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 17:30 PM
