We are recruiting for a fantastic client of ours for an exciting opportunity that has arisen within one of our clients based local to Liverpool Street Station, London.

Details: 

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm with x1 day working from home which is normally a Monday 

Salary - £25k 

Duties:

• Contacting customers to welcoming them 
• Creating customers on the database 
• Sending contracts via email & online system 
• Full Compliance procedures to be followed 
• Ensuring timesheets are completed 
• Processing payment queries 
• Chasing contracts from customers 
• Issuing contract extensions
• Contacting customers 
• Ensuring customers receive monthly calls
