OA are working with a client based in Bedford who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. Job Details:

• Monday to Friday
• £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
• Permanent
• Free On-site parking
• Bedford Based

Some responsibilities for the Accounts Administrator:

• Daily location of receipts to bank onto internal accounting platform
• Telephone Liaison with clients in respect of unpaid invoices & general account queries.
• Reconciliation of insurer accounts and associated monthly settlements, building a strong rapport with insurer credit control teams.
• Client Refunds
• Liaison with finance payment providers
• Query Management
• Bank Reconciliations

What we are looking for from you:

• Previous experience within Accounts
• Excellent Attention to detail
• Knowledge of all Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Great telephone manner.
• Computer literate
