What is your role at OA?

Managing a client's temporary workforce by dealing with the following: resourcing, recruiting, registering, dealing with payroll, reporting, and building strong relationships with the client.

What were you doing before you joined OA?

I have 17 years experience in Finance and over 2 years experience in Recruitment.

Why did you choose OA?

I believe that working for OA will help me develop my skills and progress. I have really enjoyed the recruitment process and how involved Colleagues have provided me during this process.

What does working at OA mean to you?

Providing excellent service to our Clients, Temp workers, and Co-workers to generate permanent growth for the business.

Outside of work, what are your hobbies & interests?

Skiing, walking with my dog and traveling.
