What is your role at OA?

As Operations Manager, I oversee a broad range of functions that ensure the smooth and efficient running of day to day operations. My role encompasses compliance & legal oversight, training & onboarding, data & analytics, operations systems & technology and finance & management.

My role is central to maintaining operational excellence across all areas of the business.  


What were you doing before you joined OA?

Working as part of an operations team, I booked bespoke educational overseas trips for students at schools and universities.
