What is your role at OA?

As Operations Executive I help keep OA running smoothly by supporting daily operations and making sure everything behind the scenes stays on track. Essentially, making sure operational excellent is achieved across all areas of the buisness. 

What is your biggest work win?

My biggest win right know is finding my feet and getting comfortable in a new role with such a welcoming group of people, feeling supported already by the team has made starting here feel so lovely. And honestly making it to day four and rembering everyones names (mostly) feels like an early win. 

Why OA?

I wanted a workplace that was supportive and full of good energy. OA stood out right away, the values, postivitiy and incredibly welcoming team made it feel like the perfect fit from day one.
