What is your role at OA?

I am the Branch Manager for our Milton Keynes office, driving growth and supporting an incredible team. 

What is your biggest work win?

My biggest work win would have to be the mentorship I have offered my team over the years - seeing each of them grow and develop has been so rewarding. 

Why OA?
