I am a Account Manager at OA, speciacilising in commercial vacancies. 

What is your biggest work win?

One of my biggest work wins is consistently delivering a high-quality service while building genuine, lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Also knowing the positive impact my work can have on the lives of others is my greatest motivator and gives me an enormous sense of purpose and responsibility.

Why OA?

I've watched OA from afar and have been consistently drawn to the relatable content and strong vales the business represents. What stood out the most was the clear value placed on employees and the emphasis on growth, passion and teamwork.
