What is your role at OA?

I am Head of Commercial Recruitment specialising in executive search along with new business development.


Relevant experience & expertise?

Having spent the last 30 plus years in customer service & sales I decided it was time to do something a little bit different but also something where I could add value - I have always loved the recruitment element of my previous roles so here we are! 


Why did you choose OA?

I was recommended OA by someone within the recruitment industry - they were described as being honest, having integrity & being a fantastic company to work for.

Having interviewed with Laura & Karen this came across strongly - their values really aligned with mine & working here was a no- brainer. 


What does working at OA mean to you?

I cannot begin to describe how happy I am to be at OA - the culture & people are amazing & I am delighted to be joining at such an exciting time


3 interests, hobbies or passions outside of work?

I have two dogs (golden retriever & cocker spanial) & spend pretty much most of my free time walking them whilst listening to books or podcasts on Audible, when I'm not doing that I can be found nagging my two teenager daughters!

I also have a little kitten (Shirley) who is the apple of my eye - I didn't think I liked cats until I got her!!
