What is your role at OA?

Anything from advertisement, recruitment, payroll to conflict resolution and reporting.

What were you doing before you joined OA?

4 years experience at a big recruitment company where I utilized the vast work experience that I've gained across various areas. This allowed me to quickly progress through the company hierarchy.

Why did you choose OA?

I was desperate to regain my work-life balance and OA delivered just that.

What does working at OA mean to you?

Working at OA is a life changer. Everyone in this company absolutely blew me off my feet. It is a very friendly and competent bunch that makes me appreciate every day that I can work with them.

Outside of work, what are your hobbies & interests?

Despite my age I still enjoy gaming. Nevertheless, I know how important it is to stay healthy as such I keep fit and like sightseeing. In my free time I like to develop my skills as such I don't shy away from Webinars that pick my interest.
