What is your role at OA?

I am responsible for the delivery of all recruitment solutions including sourcing, advertising, interviewing, assessing, and developing innovative recruitment solutions to suit the needs of the client.

What were you doing before you joined OA?

I have worked within onsite recruitment for more than 3 years and prior to that had worked within the industrial sector which gives me a lot of knowledge not only from the recruitment point of view but also from the client point.

I am a very results-focused person who is always focused on delivering the best service level possible back to their clients.

Why did you choose OA?

There is more than one reason why I choose to start work with OA, however, the most important one I believe is that the business values are not just some words used for advertising the brand.
Everyone is actually living and breathing the OA values every day at work and that is what makes your job a great experience.

What does working at OA mean to you?

One word - HAPPY. If you love what you are doing and you can still keep your work-life balance in place then this is what I call a dream job! 

Outside of work, what are your hobbies & interests?

Fashion, traveling, and a good book!
