Why did you choose OA?

I didn't choose OA, OA chose me.

What does working at OA mean to you?

OA means pretty much everything. I am born and bred recruitment and I think that OA is in my DNA. I absolutely love recruitment but more importantly working with such a focussed and ambitious bunch of people that all like to have a laugh.

Work is so much more than work for me, it is a family.

Outside of work, what are your hobbies & interests?

• My family/children (when I am not running around chasing three children like a headless chicken)
• Food - I wake up and dream about the day and what I can eat 
• Reading murder mystery books in the bath

Likes: Early morning walks, hearing people laugh, and having the freedom

Dislikes: Pet names, loud eaters, and people not taking their shoes off in someone's house!
