What is your role at OA?

Collecting payments for the invoices processed, managing queries, issuing copy invoices, running debtors reports for managers, new client forms, and data input


What were you doing before you joined OA?

Over 8 years experience in credit control, part ICM qualified.


Why did you choose OA?

The job role I applied for was exactly what I was looking for at the time, the team was friendly and helpful. Their work ethic and ways were in line with who I am and felt it would be a great place to work. 


What does working at OA mean to you?

I enjoy my role at OA and can't imagine working anywhere else. Everyone is so kind and supportive and we all work together as a company to achieve everything we set out to do. 


Outside of work, what are your hobbies & interests?

  • Baking
  • Days out with the family and dog
  • Making hampers
