What is your role at OA?

Responsible for OA Solutions which has a national presence delivering on-site, RPO, and MSP solutions tailored to client requirements. 

What were you doing before you joined OA?

A qualified solicitor with over 23 years of recruitment experience covering professional, commercial, and industrial recruitment. Experienced leader of multi-disciplined, multi-site teams focussed on delivery.

Why did you choose OA?

The culture of OA attracted me to the organization. OA truly is on a journey and the passion and excitement of everyone in the team is infectious.

What does working at OA mean to you?

I am extremely proud to be part of such a caring and high-performing team. We have a clear vision as a business and each and every member of the team are truly engaged in achieving this.

Outside of work, what are your hobbies & interests?

The gym, and outdoor sports, spending quality time with my family and movies!
