What is your role at OA?
I am currently doing a full 360 Recruitment position, responsible for the Commercial Temporary Division, covering all aspects from Business Support, Sales and Marketing, HR and Accountancy and Finance.
Developing and maintaining relationships with Businesses across Hertfordshire, to represent and support their individual recruitment requirements.
Working with local candidates to help support find their short term or long term positions.
What expertise & experience do you have?
Experience working on Permanent, Contract and Temporary Recruitment, across all divisions, including Commercial, Industrial, Accountancy and Finance and Hospitality. I have over 6 years of experience working Internal and External within recruitment. Worked as an Internal Recruiter for the largest UK Food retailer and oversaw the whole Warehouse recruitment across 5 warehouses.
Expertise lies within Permanent and Temporary recruitment across all Commercial Sectors.

Outside of work, what are your hobbies & interests?
Weekly shopping trips to help support my shopping addiction. Socialising with my friends over brunch or some kind of meal. Walking - discovering new routes and trails - don't forget the pub at the end!
