What is your role at OA?
My role at Osborne Appointments is to ensure I am placing the right candidates in the right positions for them. I do this by actively viewing advert responses, introduction calls, candidate registrations and qualifying their requirements. I keep in regular contact with my candidates to make sure they are happy within their roles or reassure them that we are still actively working on their behalf to find them the best opportunity.
What were you doing before you joined OA?
I have 17 years of experience within recruitment, working within retail, commercial and industrial sectors. My passion is working with people and understanding their needs to help find them the next career path and to find my clients the right candidate for them. I pride myself on my friendly, approachable personality and will always go the extra mile to make sure that I have provided the level of service that I would expect to receive.
Why did you choose OA?
I have previously worked for a small independent recruitment agency, which I feel is far more personably and can offer flexibility within the working environment and provide tailor-made services for both clients and candidates. When I first interviewed with OA my first impression was a positive, friendly environment being centred around their core values.
What does working at OA mean to you?
I am so proud of OA's journey over the past 25 years, and I am proud to have been a part of the OA family for the past 13 years. Everyone at OA has the same drive and positive energy but most importantly, everyone works together as a team to ensure that OA can be the best in its field.
Outside of work, what are your hobbies & interests?
Walking my beautiful Labrador, Spending time with my family and finding new places to explore.
