What is your role at OA?

Supporting candidates to secure the best opportunities, finding the best talent for local great businesses!

I aim to provide a bespoke and consultative approach to all parties, to help them overcome the challenges of job seeking and hiring and ultimately find the best matches in the market.

What were you doing before you joined OA?

I've been with OA for 3.5 years now, having developed from a background in Hospitality and Banking.

From my very first role in a small cafe, throughout my career, I have always had my customers at the heart of what I do! 

Since joining OA, I have developed local expertise in the Business Support market on a permanent basis, coordinated Outplacement solutions to clients, and in the last year provided Dedicated Recruitment Solutions to clients ranging from start-ups to large well-established employers.

Why did you choose OA?

After meeting with the team and Natasha, I knew this was the place for me. I trusted I would feel valued, they would invest in my development and above all else, I'd work somewhere I could be myself, work with some incredible and inspirational people, and have fun along the way.

Turns out, my initial impression was spot on!

What does working at OA mean to you?

An exciting and rewarding career, with colleagues I consider friends (and my favourite people, other than my dog!)

Outside of work, what are your hobbies & interests?

Family History (I've made it back to the 1500s so far... more to come!), being out in nature and going on adventures with my dog.

Likes - Coffee, road trips and a nice cold pint!

Dislikes - Negative: Attitudes, being cold, losing my keys (I do it all the time)
