What is your role at OA?

I am the industrial team leader in our Welwyn office. 

My role includes:

• Sourcing Candidates
• Filling Roles
• Gaining New Business! 

Why did you choose OA?

OA was well known to me personally and has won always won awards for being a great employer which is really appealing. 

What does working at OA mean to you?

Personally and professionally OA is very important to me. It is a company that cares so much about its employees and focuses on growing and progressing.

Outside of work, what are your hobbies & interests?

Outside of work, I love to go walking with my dog and I really enjoy cooking!
