What is your role at OA?
Business Manager specialising in the Operations and Industrial Permanent Market across North London and Hertfordshire.
What were you doing before you joined OA?
Background in Operations and Logistics Management - FMCG and Manufacturing. Due to this experience, I have developed a great understanding of both candidate and client requirements and how best to match both their needs.
Why did you choose OA?
After having a discussion with Laura and Natasha, I was sold by the ambitious company progression plans and personal opportunities available within OA.
What does working at OA mean to you?
Working at OA means working at a company which matches my ambitions and allows me the tools and opportunity to be develop to my full potential.
Outside of work, what are your hobbies & interests?
I enjoy watching most sports - anything competitive really. I work out frequently and have been training for 10 years so I see fitness as a big part of my life. I have recently found a passion for Golf so I am putting in many hours on the course. I also enjoy going on holidays whilst enjoying good food and great company.
