What is your role at OA?

Permanent Recruitment Consultant covering the North Hertfordshire area, focusing on the industrial sector. 

Relevant experience and expertise?

I have been in the recruitment industry for 4 years, recruiting permanent potions across two other markets both in the UK and the USA. 

Why did you choose OA?

OA offers a clear progression pathway, amazing company culture and being given the vision and tools to succeed after discussions with Olivia, Laura and Natasha. 

What does working at OA mean to you?

Working at OA means working at a company which matches my personal ambitions and allows me the opportunity to develop in the industry I am passionate about. 

Outside of work, what are your hobbies & interests?

I am a semi professional footballer for Dunstable town and was able to play for Luton Town's academy from ages 14-16. I am also a keen gym-goer and have a season ticket at Manchester United.
